- Russ and I met about 8 months before his mission. We dated for seven and a half of those. We were engaged a month and a half after he returned home. Hey when it's right, it's right! We were married in December of 1999(and yes, we partied like it was 1999;) Our first child, Treyton, was born June of 2002 and our daughter, Ashlyn, was our St. Patrick's day surprise in March of 2006. They are our greatest joys (and sometimes our biggest pains:)

Hey Kara, I quit checking your blog for some serious "Slacker" reason! Good to hear from you and happy happy birthday to you all, I forget that Trey and Naomi are so close in their special day (6/29 is Naomi). I don't think we are coming to the reunion this year for a myriad of reasons but mostly because no one in my family can make it, not even Pat and Ralphy due to his illness, but we may stop by in Idaho soon, we are still making plans! Take care and hopefull we will see you all family members soon:)!
So this party was a long time ago, but now I haven't been on for a month! The cake looks awsome!
